Fong Fu Food Catering

Mostly good and nice food.
There was once a dish tasted funny. After my feedback, they compensated with another dish the next day.

6th order, time of delivery although is very early at 10am but it is consistent, taste wise is acceptable, value for money

The daily lunch delivery was fast and prompt. The variety of food is not bad and the flavour is not too salty.

All is good.
I found it to be tasty and delicious.

I would actually like to add soup with 4 dishes but cant seems to be able to do that.

Timing delivery can differs at times.

Switched from the other usual caterer for a change after completing a few cycles. Regret.. seriously I don't knw why this caterer has good reviews. Portion pathetic, always repeated dishes, first day of the cycle the tofu is sour and this issue continues at least once a week. No menu sent or even uploaded for 3rd and 4rd week. Will never order again!

Decent food and is comparable with Kim's Paradise. Does come with fried and processed food every now and then.

Nice home cooked food. Prompt delivery. I order 2pax dinner. The portion is more than enough for me and my mother . This is my repeat order. foodline

The services are very good especially the driver very friendly.The serving portion just good enough for my two kids.

Honest feedback, food is value for money and very homely feel.

However, service is very bad from Fong Fu end as Foodline is more willing to accommodate. There is also conflicts between Foodline and Fong Fu as both parties ask me to contact them while saying they cannot do anything from their end. In the end Foodline did a follow up instead of Fong Fu who is supposed to get back to me.

Another issue with Fong Fu is the delivery time as it can be so hectic that today and tomorrow's delivery timing can be 90mins apart. I cannot accept this.

The food delivery is on time, mostly we receive by 530pm (sengkang).
Repeated orders, but suggest to provide more variety meals
