Fong Fu Food Catering

The food is generally good, with hits and misses. Sometimes the braised items have a sourish fermented smell. The soups also do not align to the published monthly menu schedule.

Delivery timing is okay . Food mostly is great else is so-so. Better than my previous tingkat who has more fried food.

Fong Fu's was quite good consistently, until recently that it hits some glitches. One day, the food was spoilt, and we had to throw it away. Another day, they swap a "fish with barbecue sauce" dish to plain canned sardines. If I were to have sardines for dinner, I will buy direct from the supermarket, and not pay a higher price via Tingkat. And the soup dish was repeated for many days (pork rib with 山药). I guess they are having some problem with the kitchen staff/ chef.

Food and service meet our expectation and we are happy with our order, will continue to support Fong Fu.

Food taste was ok, chicken was pretty tough on a few occasions. soup was quite tasty. however, delivery was a bit too early at 2pm.

Repeated orders, taste of food is not too salty and portions are enough for my family value for money.

Food was generally nice. Can put in more effort on quality of vegetables so that the yellow vegetable gets removed before cooking.

Ordered 4 dishes and the portion was sufficient.

The dishes from Fong Fu were generally satisfying. Although there was a minor issue with one of the dishes, the team responded promptly and handled it well.

As my meals are primarily for young children, I would suggest reducing the amount of fried food in future orders. Other than that, everything was well-prepared and enjoyable.

Food was ok, service is commendable, accommodating to requests. For instance, we requested the delivery team help to put the food into our warmer bag into a specific location, they obliged without question.

Fongfu provides healthy and tasty tingkat that my family enjoys eating. We look forward to our daily tingkat meals.
