The food taste is decent, we have been ordering from this caterer a few times. At times the delivery of food was late, we need to go out to have our own dinner.

Food was generally good with a few dishes that I didn’t like. There was a deep fried that didn’t have any meat or fish in it which was strange. Also, sometimes there was some food spillage due to the soup container. If there was a cling wrap used on the soup container, that would better control spillage.

Delivery time was ideal, around noon. Ordered for 3pax, packed rice in 2 rectangle box, quite a lot.

The service was very prompt and convenient to communicate via WhatsApp or phone. Caterer allowed me to change start date. When I feedback about too much rice, I was also able to reduce the portion and got a refund! Food overall was quite tasty and portions were generous. My parents didn’t like the fried dishes as much as they were too oily.

Disappointed with the food overall.

-Curry chicken was watery, not kept warm as the flame was out even at set up.
-Portion for 35pax (min order) but looked like for 25pax...
-Caterer forgot my dessert. Departed at 645pm from venue and returned 90 minutes later to bring my dessert. Had to call them a few times to ask when the driver was arriving. Because of the late arrival, none of my guests were keen on taking the dessert resulting in an almost full tub of left over.

Probably only saving grace was their responsive and fast customer service via whatsapp.

Overall, will not order from them again.

Used to be a regular many years ago. Decide to try back this caterer and so far so good. Food are generally tasty for most days. Some days soup are on the salty side but overall still nice. Delivery came abit too early though, 3plus usually. Eating at 7plus only.

Repeated buyer and coming to write review again.. very tasty and reliable Tingkat provider.. please keep up with the good work

We didnt like the vegetables on most days but they were very flexible with the skip of days which we really like. otherwise i dun really like it

Quite yums most dishes. Soups are really decent. Vegetables I think normal but I did get a lot of stems ?

So far the meh dishes I would think are the following:
1. Fish cake in You tiao (soggy by the time we ate at 6pm)
2. Fish cake in tomato sauce (it's fish cake and nothing else)

I don't mind fish cake btw, just bit strange on its own like this ?

Mine mostly came around 4pm
