Fong Fu Food Catering

This is not my first time ordering from Fong Fu. Good value, not too oily and has a variety of dishes. Try this caterer now!

The setting up of the buffet came an hour which give sufficient time to prepare and set up. Fried crab claw was not crispy but the food quality and portion are good in term of overall menu. It is great that the Fong Fu catering provided more utensils after indicating a note, or else the utensils are not enough for 35 pax. A suggestion that there should be a dish tag or a display of the dishes name so that audiences know what are those foods comprising of.

Third time order and satisfied with the food. Portion is quite reasonable. Delivery is very early like breakfast time, maybe depending on where you live.

Repeating order with them since February this year. Food is nice, and most of the veggies taste great. Don’t really like the fish as it tastes a bit bland.

Food was good but, on a few occasions, it can be a little oily. Variety was good. Taste was pretty good. Delivery times are always very early.

Have been repeating orders from Fong Fu. Quality of dishes are generally good. Once in a while there are some misses in flavours of the dishes but that is made up for the reliability of delivery and accommodation and prompt customer service.

Food quality and quantity was generally decent for its price. However the caterer seems to like serving a pork-related soup and at times the taste of broth is too 'porky' for my taste.

Some of the delivery timings were close to 7 but otherwise on time for most days.

On one of dishes served on 3 June 2024, I have noticed what it seems to be a mold on the surface of the tofu and photo is as shown. I have provided feedback to the caterer the next day but they have yet to reply to it.

So all things considered, I have switched to different tingkat supplier for my family.

Food was nice, portions were decent, pleased with the variety as well.
It arrived around 4pm which I find to be acceptable.

Homecooked tasty food, not too salty. Maintained the quality and quantity of food and portion. We have renewed for another cycle.
