I would say the food is really good & tasty! All of my guests sing praises to it, especially the Beehoon and curry chicken! ordered for 40 pax but portions is really generous, looks like it’s for 50 pax! awesome, thank you Fong Fu Catering! Will definitely order from them again!

The setting up of the buffet came an hour which give sufficient time to prepare and set up. Fried crab claw was not crispy but the food quality and portion are good in term of overall menu. It is great that the Fong Fu catering provided more utensils after indicating a note, or else the utensils are not enough for 35 pax. A suggestion that there should be a dish tag or a display of the dishes name so that audiences know what are those foods comprising of.
