Fong Fu Food Catering

I was a regular customer of fong fu but this round of tingkat was not up to standard. The caterer does not follow the menu and switch out quite afew times of the dishes. For instance, braised duck switch to fried fillet which we had 2 days ago. Then again a prawn dish was switch to sweet sour pork which we had 2 days later again. So this 20 days tingkat, we had repeated dishes afew times in a week.

The food is not oily, neither is it very spicy. Just nicce for both young and old. Will continue to order.

Good variety of food during the 10 days trial. 4th dish is usually finger food, might be better to opt for soup instead. Happy to repeat order.

Food was not bad. However Vegetables not many. Meat still ok as they were not salty. I will order again.

The taste was acceptable although the food and soup portions were rather small. Can be more environmental friendly if the company has metal container option. Meals were delivered in disposable plastic boxes every day.

Food was on time, portion was just nice, customer service was very prompt. Delivery uncle is also always very friendly.

Food serve in plastic containers for order of 2 pax. Sadly, order have to stopped half way due to delivery route etc. However, all this was communicated timely and refund of remaining days was credited. Elderly comment food taste not too bad.

Tried the 10-day dinner 2 pax. Food quantity is decent. Food is not salty. Variety is ok. Soup does not look appetizing - all have similar look although they are different soups.

Delivery Timing (mostly ard 5pm) was good for my location in Hougang. Packaging is neat and secure. Will continues to shortlist but not my first choice.

Food is good, but delivery timing a bit late. most of the time arrive after 6:30pm for dinner. Can be better.
