There was one occasion in the past when we complained directly to Fong Fu about an excessively saltish dish of fried chicken. Seemed like it was overnight food that was refried with salt added again. Seems like Fong Fu does not care about providing good customer service unlike our past caterers who were most willing to replace such items despite the fact that we have been using Fong Fu for more than one year continuously.
