Fong Fu Food Catering

First time trying tingkat as my maid is on home leave. Soup is consistently good. Other food just OK. They missed my last delivery. I had to WhatsApp to inform them.

Food was as always pleasant and my children will eat the dishes which at tines they do not, when it's from another caterer. Will continue

Renewed many times. Decided to take a short break. Will be back. Liked the vegetable varieties and dishes as compared to other caterers

Food and service was up to expectations. Variety is seen in the dishes, doesn't repeat too often. So far, still good.

Ordered multiple times. Food is good as usual though some dishes are repeated especially the vegetables.

Repeated order. Some dishes can be quite salty esp the fried items and meat patty. I like that the meat in the soup is cooked till tender.

Ordered a few time the food is fine but some day too much fried items. price was also increased which is not good.

The food is average. Pricing is reasonable. However the ingredients should not be repeated too soon.

My experience with this caterer is very bad. They don't take in my request for "no processed food". Its okay, I accept this since payment is already processed.

Delivery was late 3 days in a row. On the first day it happened, I tried to call at 7pm to enquire, could not get any warm bodies to speak to until multiple tries. I have to "beg" the staff to deliver before 6.45pm at least or if cannot do it, please refund me and stop the order. However, the admin staff say give them another chance. 2nd day it happened again and 3rd day again. They said cannot refund me. I have to beg them to stop the order. I spoke to the driver, he said it's the kitchen's fault. I spoke to admin staff, she said its driver's attitude. Then from customer's perspective, what can I do? Unreasonable service for average food.

Repeated order. Dishes overall ok but sometimes quite salty and starchy. Caterer may improve on the variety of vegetables. The portion of the food is getting lesser sometimes. Hope to be more consistent.
