Caterer is very prompt. Always ring bell after delivery the tingkat. Packaging of the Tingkat food is nice and neat. Food quality not bad, but get a bit repetitive after a while.

Good food reasonable price.
Has been ordering for them for more than a year or 2. Lost count.
Hope they can give a free dish or some kind of reward for loyal customer. LOL

The food ingredient is good, tastes good, we like the soup too. the service is good and delivery on time. food come still fresh, can last till evening. the driver got some integrity issue and when 1 meal was not delivered, i had unpleasant time with the driver.

Value for money. Food not too salty or oily as compare to other catering. Delivery is on time not too early also.

It seems like the portion of the food is getting lesser for 2 pax. Delivery was always on time. But prefer to have the food comes with a container cover.

Fong Fu is very consistent with its food quality and delivery timing. These are both very important factors when catering tingkat for elderly.

The food and delivery were up to my expectation. The food menu changes for the different days each week giving us a variety of dishes. At least we don' get sick of the food. The only setback was food is cold for dinner after 6 pm and don't have any spicy dishes. I will consider ordering from this caterer in the future.
