Fong Fu Food Catering

Fong Fu tingkat dinner menu is closest to a home cooked meal. Delivery is on time and so I will order again.

We are satisfied with the catering service from Fong Fu. Food is yummy and the portion is generous enough for 2 pax and not too oily and not too salty. At this price level, nothing much to complain. Delivery is punctual most of the time. We have taken up tingkat from Fong Fu for close to half a year. No doubt Fong Fu is good but after close to 6 months of ordering from them, it is time to try something different.

This is the best food caterer for daily meals. Food was delicious and delivery was on time. The 4th dish was quite decent; unlike the other caterer which gave only fisht cakes, etc.

Multiple repeat order from this provider. Prompt response. Delicious food, love the fact most meals are saucey which suit my girl taste.

Have been ordering from this caterer for a few rounds of 20 days. I like it that for some days, no fried items at all. Sometimes the fried items are still crispy when delivered, which is good.

Tingkat order with Fong Fu continuously for the 4th time (20days Dinner). Overall the dishes are generally OK and within expectation. The Quantity of food are fine. Dishes specified in their Menu are quite balanced. In terms of variety and taste, it is good and reliable. However, for a change of taste and appetite, can consider add fried rice, fried mee etc in the monthly menu. (this is 3rd time I gave this feedback) To summarise, the food is good and food is delivered consistently on time. However, there is a time change on delivery lately at 5pm.

The covers for the food box are too tight as it are very difficult to open especially for the elderly. Can look into other type of box with more friendly covers. Please urgently look into improvement.

The vegetable dish quite oily and too much fried garlic. If can please reduce oil and fried garlic. Noticed that everyday should have fried dish. Try to have 1 fried dish instead of 2-3fried dishes. Preference on more healthy food. Customer service is great! Delivery sometimes quite late about 7.

Food delivered was on time. Chose this caterer because the menu looks interesting, but something to take note is that it may not fit everyone's taste buds. The amount of food is generous but a bit too oily.
