Due to repeated like white & red carrots same in a week dish or 2 Vege dish is not value for $ most of the times.

No dish like most
Dish dislike the most is too much Vege in a day

Quantity of meats not consistent. Sometimes alot sometimes little. Would prefer some consistency. Chicken based soups alot of floating chicken skin.

The food is home cooked food..acceptable..however I feel only the last 3 days of the order are especially tasty and nice.. there is very little gravy..we appreciate more gravy to go with our rice or porridge. I called office to ask delivery to take my tingkat twice and yet was not carried out though promised by office staff. Seems the delivery guy didn't receive instructions or ignore..always rushing always like afraid of being seen..

Food portion little for 2 pax. On one day 3 dishes of veg was sent, but they did service recovery once i reflected up and replaced an additional day.

The food delivered was pretty much run-of-the-mill. Taste-wise it was ok. My only challenge with this caterer is that the food came 3 hours plus before the stated time. so we had to microwave the food, which is something I was not too comfortable with.

Portion is ok. Vegetable dish is abit watery. Overall food is average. Delivery timing to my location is great, suitable for me.

Bad experience. First day deliver wrong order. Called to complain. They said will improve. Second day was ok. Third day NO SHOW until 7:45pm. I need to call the company twice to check on the status. In the end giving me excuse that they have lack of driver. If lack of driver, please have the courtesy to inform your customers so that they will not be waiting in vain. My whole family went hungry because of your lack of responsibility.

Soup is alittle bit plain. Portion is acceptable.

The Tingkat food from Feng Fu was initially good. The food quality and quantity dropped in recent weeks. On certain days, out of four dishes, three are too salty to eat. The deep fried chicken is as hard as rubber.

Our family don't like the food.it alwasys too much meat and not enough vegetable.too oil a little bit.
