Fong Fu Food Catering

This is the 2nd round after trying the trial. The food standard had dropped this time and quite disappointed. Had feedback to the caterer and they said they will improve on their food standard.

Food is good, value worth. got a variety of foods and seldom repeat. highly recommened to try it out

Had ordered from this caterer for this year, food is up to standard but during the last week there are some delays in delivery from usual timings.

Don't know why this caterer has good reviews. Portion very pathetic, inside the soup only have 1 and a half piece of pork ribs how to share for 2 pax. Everyday vegetable is soggy and yellowish, not fresh at all. Food delivery at 6.30pm and it's cold, still need time to heat up then can eat. Want to eat healthy but ended up getting lousy food. Called to feedback but no response, bad customer service. Regretted trying this caterer, will not order again and not recommended.

Green veges turn sour most of the time especially those come with wet base. May be it will be better if it is dry.

The food is nice and has a lot of variety. The dishes are delicious. The only down side is the food is delivered early

First time trying this caterer. Has variety of foods. Taste ok. Sometimes only have a meat of dish. Balance 2 dishes are vege and tofu. Soup diluted. Packaging need to improved as plastic has broken. Sometimes soup/gravy spill in the plastic bag. Delivery around 6-7pm.

Got variety of food and taste good. like the menu and service. however, the serving size sometimes may not enough for the meat dish.

Food was okay, on some days its better than others. Food was also delivered too early and is set to be consumed by 7pm. Some of us got this tingkat for dinner after work and may reach home after 7pm. Food is not fresh by the time we are home.

This is my 3rd time renewing my lunch tingkat. I am glad I found Fong Fu after trying out different vendor which do not delivery on time and poor food quality. Fong Fu has excellent customer services, meals are delivered on time, meals taste like home cooked. Will order again..
