Fong Fu Food Catering

This is our repeated order from this caterer. We like the food taste and delivery service and will order again.

Variety of food is ok. But soup base seems to be the same for most of the soup. Can improve on the soup.

Food is tasty and one of the best caterers for tingkat.
Have been ordering tingkat for several months.

Food portion good size for 2 pax.
Usually delivered around 10.30- 11.30am, so timing is just good for lunch.
One of the more flexible caterer that serves lunch on interval dates, i opted Mon, Wed, Fri as i can't commit all 5 days lunch due to work schedule.
Food is nice, however many days will come with 1 deep fried dish item, if can reduce deep fried foods frequency, that will be even better.

Dishes were delicious especially the samba fish which my son loves. It was well marinated. The delivery is always early which is worth recommending.

My family and I like the varieties of dishes the caterer offered each week. Also the taste is good not salty.

Was disappointed with the dishes and hygiene. I have been ordering for 3 months already but I noticed that one a few occasions, tiny pebbles have been found in one of the dishes (veg and meat patty). I have feedback to the customer support but the same incident happened a week later. I was utterly unpleasant to have to chew on a pebble and it ruined my dinner. However, the other dishes were fine and tasted ok.

Swapped out the soups to 4 dishes. Soups tasted like water with salt.

Foodwise, some days are decent and some aren’t. Tbh, not a fan of their braised dishes as meats are pretty tough most times.

Delivery always very prompt. Uncle is very friendly too.

Hassle-free tingkat service. Delivered everyday without fail. No mistakes, no late deliveries.

Ordered for 2 people, and quantity was sufficient for 2 adults. Maybe enough for a smaller third portion.

Taste was average. Standard cai fan fare. Nothing fancy, but also sufficiently tasty that you'll finish your meal.

For their price point, expectations were met. No compliments nor complaints.
