Fong Fu Food Catering

Food are generally nice, not too salty nor oily and portion is more than enough for 2 pax. delivery service is on time most of the time except on the first day as the delivery man is new to the job. Other than that, delivery timing is good for my area at around 12pm.

This is the first time we are ordering tingkat and we are impressed by the food variety and quality of the soup.
Meals always come in time for dinner and portion is sufficient for 2 pax

Lunch was usually delivered kinda early, around 9:30 am. The food was delicious yet very affordable. The portion was relatively huge for 2 persons.

The food was as usual good and up to expectation.simple home The variety has not many. because of the circuit breaker? Not enough cooks to come up with new recipes? But my parents like the simple food out of my 4 dishes.thank u.

Quite disappointed with this round's catering. Most of the sides are either egg or tofu. The meats are still acceptable but my family don't enjoy most of the vegetable given.

Less salt, less oil. Food variety quite lot. Will order again. A lil bit suggestions is that maybe sometimes all dry dishes, sometimes all gravy dishes, can balance abit.

I like the soup, not too salty but tasty.
General most of the dishes are ok and less oily.
Some dishes eg: bean paste maybe a bit salty to my liking, but it match rice well.

Great value for the quality of food provided. The menu is quite well planned, so we do not have repeated dishes too often. Most of the time, my family enjoyed the cooking. Unfortunately, there is no catering on Public Holidays, Saturday and Sunday so it results in a "gap" in catering supply. One thing I'm thankful is that they are one of the few caterers who are flexible to deliver to town area within ERP.

One of the day the tingkat didn't arrive, called many times nobody answer. Should have alternative no. To call in case of such incidents. The next day I was told my new cycle of tingkat will start on 20th & it was not updated in the system although earlier I've called to change the date to 14th instead. Weird as I received the tingkat on 14th & no catering on 15th. Obviously, a missed out.

A bit screwed up this cycle as another day my 3 dishes, 1 soup was changed to 4 dishes. Very disappointed that the soup is just replaced by nuggets without prior notice. The delivery guy just told me there's no soup that day. The potatoes doesn't come with Minced meat as per menu either. End up it was due to he passed mine to another customer.

Another day supposed to be pig's stomach soup according to the menu, but change to bitter gourd soup.
