Fong Fu Food Catering

First time ordering Tingkat as it has high rating. The food was okay but some were not up to expectation. Soup can be better and delivery on the first few days were inconsistent and sometimes late. After feedbacks to customer service, the delivery was on time. Satisfied with how customer service handled the query

Was disappointed when delivery was after 7pm on one occasion and sometimes delivery can be as early as 3pm. Green veg dish sometimes turns pale colour, don't look tasty

2 or 3 days before tingkat ends, cooking is a bit better, maybe bec they want another tingkat renewal. For the rest of the days, the cooking is shockingly bad. Poor quality and quantity. Every dish is so oily. Always deepfried. Even leafy vegy is blanched in oil. Yakky !
Many dishes have alot of deepfried flour, with hardly any ingredient inside the deepfried flour. Same dish served 2 days in a row. Probably left over from the first round. Alot of oily scrambled eggs. Oil even oozed out of plastic bag. Eggs so cheap. Gives alot of cheap tasteless tofu. Alot of the dishes are so badly cooked that they are not eatable. End up - no eatable food.

The food arrived promptly, which was appreciated. However, some areas could use improvement. Specifically, the portion sizes felt a bit small, leaving some of us wanting more. Additionally, the variety of dishes offered could be expanded to cater to different tastes and preferences. Overall, while the timely delivery was a positive aspect, enhancing the portion sizes and improving the selection would greatly enhance the dining experience

Basically the soup taste is not so good , and u can ring that it is keep repeating everyday, same taste and same color, please improve on soup portion, tried to call on the customer service, end up saying they are not in company , even a call back call also not did after we asking for our plan.

The food is ok not salty or oily but the dishes are not up to standard. The potato is a bit hard and the steam egg is tasteless. I hope the caterer can add salted egg and century egg into the steam egg. Often the dishes were from cheap ingredients like bean spouts and vermicelli. We can get better quality for the price we paid.

The food delivery time is 5-7pm.
But it was late on the last day (yesterday), delivered after 7pm when we all gave up waiting and already cooked our dinner.
So Fong Fu suggested to compensate us one day dinner, which is today, and I said yes.
Turned out today's dinner never delivered, and we all waiting until 730pm.

I live in the west and this caterer always delivered very late. 1st day, delivered at 7pm, then it got later and later day by day, until one day food hadn't even arrived by 8.30pm. What is dinner if food is always delivered so late? Contacted the company's hotline a few times and the person on the phone said she's only helping to man the line and will inform the office the next day. But nothing improved, and as mentioned, it got worse and food got delivered later and later each day.

Quality of food is average, at best. What really is the most disturbing issue was what time the food left the kitchen, but delivered so late to me. And secondly, I order this tingkat service was for 2 elderlies. And they have an early routine. Early dinner, dinner digest, early sleep. But this late delivery turned everything upside down. Food arrived 8pm+, by the time they reheat food and finish eating "DINNER" already past 9pm, which is typically the time they actually get to bed.

I ordered tingkat for dinner, the food was delivered as early as 2pm and the food is cold when delivered. Food was left outside the door until 6+pm when we reached home.
Feedbacked but was told is the same batch of food regardless the delivery timing.
Food wise was okok, quite a numbers of processes food.
Some days it does not suit the kid.

Quantity is ok. Taste is average. Some of the dishes combination are weird. Variety is quite limited.
