Fong Fu Food Catering

Delivery time was ideal, around noon. Ordered for 3pax, packed rice in 2 rectangle box, quite a lot.

The service was very prompt and convenient to communicate via WhatsApp or phone. Caterer allowed me to change start date. When I feedback about too much rice, I was also able to reduce the portion and got a refund! Food overall was quite tasty and portions were generous. My parents didn’t like the fried dishes as much as they were too oily.

Used to be a regular many years ago. Decide to try back this caterer and so far so good. Food are generally tasty for most days. Some days soup are on the salty side but overall still nice. Delivery came abit too early though, 3plus usually. Eating at 7plus only.

Quite yums most dishes. Soups are really decent. Vegetables I think normal but I did get a lot of stems ?

So far the meh dishes I would think are the following:
1. Fish cake in You tiao (soggy by the time we ate at 6pm)
2. Fish cake in tomato sauce (it's fish cake and nothing else)

I don't mind fish cake btw, just bit strange on its own like this ?

Food was really good and portion was very generous. My kids love the food, and it wasn’t greasy nor salty. Very healthy choice and will come back for more.

Overall, food is reasonable with right portions for 2 pax. Caterer serves sliced fish at times. Customer service is helpful and responsive. Delivery is punctual and reliable. Area for improvement: Soup can be better, Use less gravy for dishes like vegetables which can be steamed/blanched. Some dishes use processed food which is expected at this price point. Will still recommend.

We ordered fong fu tingkat for months, so far the service is good. Overall Food are okay, one thing not good is sometimes getting fried dishes for consecutive days.

The delivery schedule is always at the same time around 8:05-8:15am for lunch. Wonder what time they have started to cook.
The food taste in general is acceptable, but sometimes is a bit too salty or sweet. Perhaps they can reduce the salt or sugar.

Food is up to our expectations and caterer is friendly whenever we have to make requests. Repeat customer.
