Fong Fu Food Catering

The food was nice except some of the deep fried stuff without gravy. The meat tends to be quite dry and stiff. The delivery uncle is very friendly and chatty. We like the not so repetitive dishes, especially the vegetables.

CS clarified that the Brown rice option is actually a mix of brown + white right in a proportion that is most palatable to local tastes. We prefer a 100% brown rice option though. Otherwise, pretty good variety of food. Was tasty too though we felt the portion size was a little on the small side for some dishes

Food was delicious and well packed. Ordered for my elderly mum and the food is not too salty. Texture is also good for her.

Seldom will be late; but it does happen and whenever it happens, it's frustrating. But again, it seldom happens. Overall, so far so good. Thank you very much.

Food was alright. Family members able to finish the food koat of the time, except at times the meat are too hard

Been renewing the tingkat, food is decent. Nothing much.. overall still the same quality, but this time round don't like the veg.. not very nice as in my personal taste.. weird veg like bitter gourd but not bitter gourd..
overall can eat and this caterer is the longest that I have been renewing..

About two weeks ago we were given potatoes on two consecutive days; the first was boiled and the next day was potato chips. We brought this matter up to Foodline because potatoes are equivalent to rice dishes and not vegetable dish. Our request for replacement items through Foodline was turned down and neither did Fong Fu try contacting us directly to explain. No customer service. There was one occasion in the past when we complained directly to Fong Fu about an excessively saltish dish of fried chicken. Seemed like it was overnight food that was refried with salt added again. Fong Fu again ignored our request for a replacement dish. Seems like Fong Fu does not care about providing good customer service unlike our past caterers who were most willing to replace such items despite the fact that we have been using Fong Fu for more than one year continuously.

Food is nice and tasty. Not too salty, suitable for both young and old. Have used them quite often. Do try it.
