Fong Fu have indicate their comment that 20 days package with 5 day a week can only replace the meal up to 4days only. so if you are travelling, please reconsider on this point

The food variety too less and often repeated. The food also too oily and not so suitable for children.

Delivery to Yishun often around 6pm but the food has to be consumed by 6.30pm. On one occasion, it was only delivered at 6.50pm. Feedback to caterer but they ignored my message. Only got a reply saying will follow up after persistent messaging them on WhatsApp but totally no reply whatsoever on fixing it. Recommend to avoid. Food is terrible anyway.

Their food fell below my expectations. Lunch meals delivered before 9 am in the morning, by the time it's lunch time, I had to reheat the food.
Their food tastes lousy, i will not order from them again.

First time order for 10 days, my family found the dishes oily and on some of days, the boxes were oily due to soup spilled. Food varieties acceptable.

Ordered their 10-day before and it was ok, so wanted to try 20-day, but it was a disappointment. My family was desperately waiting for the 20 days to be over...

Pros: Good variety of dishes. Meals mostly delivered on time. Last-minute request to postpone my next-day's meal was granted even though official policy is 2 working days in advance.
Cons: Vegetables are always poorly cooked, looks old and burnt, not fresh. On some days there was only one meat dish out of the four, so not value for money. Delivery driver was not friendly at all, did not follow instructions to knock on door after leaving food outside. For the price, not so value for money.

First time trying out this tingkat. On 2nd day, there was fish ball vegetable soup dish. To my horror, there was a white sharp item inside. Seems like a chirped off plastic edge. Luckily i was the one who chewed on this fishball, and not a child. Caterer said this fish ball was from supplier. Caterer only replaced another dish-to-dish for me.
Overall, food is generally ok. Soup portion serves 2 small bowl, quite little. Brown rice is very wet and lumpy. Delivery is good so far, as in, consistent timing at 3:30pm and no missed delivery.

The food is generally okay. I like especially the dish-Herbal Chicken but not the Braised Pig Skin only dish. The soups are nice too.

Food choices are not great. Food usually looks overcooked. Lots of food from can or instant-like food.

The food quality is not meeting the expectation. The delivery time is on the early side of mentioned timing. Delivery was missed for one day without any explanation.
