Overall in term of food, service and delivery are good. Good not to repeat same dishes in every week. Hope the driver will go extra miles to contact the customer if the delivery is late due to any circumstances happen.

The food and service is reasonable at the given price point. Delivery timing is not too early. There is also a variety of food. However, can add less oil to the food.

Food Portion is good. Opt for no beans, request accepted. Delivery timing is ok. For me early is better than late.

One of the few Tingkat providers we have tried for several rounds, returning each time as their food is suitable for the elderly and folks like the taste for most dishes. However, taste of soup seems to have chnaged compared to the past times. Most days they taste the same now, even though ingredients added is slightly different. Overall, soup is not as flavourful as last time so folks have suggested that we switch to 4 Dishes instead

The delivery is on time. Only last night 11 May, the deliver's vehicle breakdown and the driver whatsapp us to notify us that the delivery will be late, which I found that they are responsible! The food are delicious, they had prawn, pork ribs, etc which are yummy. I am a return customer and i have continue my order in June. :)

Food is okay, we have been order from them many times. But recently getting more and more fried dishes.

Overall the taste, portion and variety of food is reasonable and good. My family enjoys most of the dishes prepared. Caterer can consider to offer a menu option, catering for vegetarian food on 1st and 15th lunar dates for the month will be good for Buddhist families.

Soup is nice, hence the veggie is always feel like overcooked. Meat portion is good enough for two ~

Cost is on the higher end. Not the cheapest. Food is tasty and suitable for children. Will consider ordering again if needed.
