Food was good and worth for it. Food was never repeat for every day tingkat. I am recurring customers now foodline

Food has been adequately good. However, decided to end my many months of subscription due to the inflexibility. Requested to pause service for 4 days, but was told that the maximum to hold was 2 day, due to "system auto write on its own", which I couldn't understand. There were times where the delivery was late, or delivery was cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances by vendor. Of which, I didn't mind. But thanks to this incident, I had the opportunity to look for other caterers and found cheaper alternatives. Except for this, food has been generally tasty and was delivered on time by a friendly aged uncle. I would still recommend for others to give it a try, but bear in mind about the strict rule of not holding more than 2 days.

Nice to have a WhatsApp group to update customers. However felt the food was better on the first few months as the food menh start to have lesser variety. Service is good and accommodating. May order again next time

The food amount is great. They are also fresh. But I need to add a little soya sauce due to my taste. Only one time they forgot I ordered no chilli the curry chicken appeared. No issues after I called up. Renewed my order.

We have been order with this caterer few times and found that they have a bit lesser process food (4th dish) compared to other caterers.
Overall the food is quite satisfied and enough for 2 pax. But sometimes the taste are quite similar in some of the days and can be improved.

The food delivered was up to expectations, and the best is that it is hassle-free. Will be ordering from them for the next cycle as well.

tired of waiting. Not sure why, this round the delivery timing is disappointing. Some days have to wait until almost 7pm, and at least once, it arrive after 7pm. Contact the office but nothing much can be done, can only continue to wait. Hopefully they can do something about it such as having an additional delivery route. Maybe the driver has too many orders and that's why end up arriving late.

Food is savory and the delivery uncle is friendly and accommodating. The only shortcoming is, to confirm the start date with Fong Fu personally. They missed my 1st day delivery for the current and previous cycle.
