Fong Fu Food Catering

Food was not as good expected despite the impressive menu. Portions are just nice for 2 persons. Soup is not heat sealed so always spills and is quite a mess, although i do appreciate that effort is made to shrink wrap it. There was once the food was late by 20mins, and response to the SMS only came back the next day. We almost had to order grabfood/foodpanda. Other days was arnd 6.30pm for my area.

Food is edible but can be better. delivery is on time reached around 6pm. portion for 2 pax bit small. soup have to improve. overall value is okay, but can be better

Food salty esp these 2 dishes - Capsicum chicken cube and Braised Pork with yam .

Customer service not very friendly.

Taste like confinement food. Not really to our liking. Especially the dishes with beetroot. The soups are pretty tasteless.

The food was not too tasty and portion was small.if portion was a bit more will be ideal.hope can get better

Cheap ingredients used like pig skin, peanuts, fried beancurd, rotten vegetables etc, Quality of food also very poor. Food delivered very early around 10am and turn sour by 11am. Filed a complain and no one responded until several calls made. The worst caterer I ever patronized, totally hopeless.

Food so so, soup no taste.. portion sometime not enough. not late... recommend.. Price wise cheaper than many catering in foodline. some time food taste good. only 1 out of 20days late.

Don't know why this caterer has good reviews. Portion very pathetic, inside the soup only have 1 and a half piece of pork ribs how to share for 2 pax. Everyday vegetable is soggy and yellowish, not fresh at all. Food delivery at 6.30pm and it's cold, still need time to heat up then can eat. Want to eat healthy but ended up getting lousy food. Called to feedback but no response, bad customer service. Regretted trying this caterer, will not order again and not recommended.

First time trying this caterer. Has variety of foods. Taste ok. Sometimes only have a meat of dish. Balance 2 dishes are vege and tofu. Soup diluted. Packaging need to improved as plastic has broken. Sometimes soup/gravy spill in the plastic bag. Delivery around 6-7pm.

Switched from the other usual caterer for a change after completing a few cycles. Regret.. seriously I don't knw why this caterer has good reviews. Portion pathetic, always repeated dishes, first day of the cycle the tofu is sour and this issue continues at least once a week. No menu sent or even uploaded for 3rd and 4rd week. Will never order again!
