Fong Fu Food Catering

4th continuously Tingkat order with Fong Fu (20days Dinner). Overall the dishes are generally OK and within expectation. The Quantity and food portion are above expectation. Dishes specified in their Menu are quite balanced. In terms of variety and taste, it is good and reliable. However, for a change of taste and appetite, can consider add fried rice, fried mee etc in the monthly menu. To summarise, the food is good and food is delivered consistently on time. However, for the past two weeks noticed there was time change on delivery. Probably due to delivery management changes.

Feedback for FoodLine to inform Fong Fu to take note of :
The covers for the food box are too tight as it are very difficult to open especially for the elderly. Can look into other type of box with more friendly covers. Please urgently look into improvement.

Generally the daily food was decent, and portions were generous.
They have this coffee pork that appears from time to time which is nice.

the soup just disappoints because it tastes the same almost everyday with the ingredients varying slightlly..

The delivery time slightly improved. Quality of the food is good. Do have more healthy food such as less oil, use less fried garlic, 1 fried dish per meal if possible. Customer service is great.

The food varity and amount is quite okay except on the last day it was late until I have prepared and finish the lunch myself. I usually have lunch at 11 plus and that day the food only arrived at 12 plus.

Variety and taste seem consistent. This is my repeat order. Food is fresh and delivery timely. Customer service is polite.

We have been with them for a few months already, Their quality and quantity are good. very friendly delivery staff, and they don't really repeat their food. So its always interesting

Their food is nice and the portion is reasonable. I like their pork dishes and their vegetables are more fresh than other tingkat caterers.

We have been ordering Fongfu for many times. Food delivery was consistent and dependable. Food comes warm and fresh.

The tingkat food was up to my expectations. It was acceptable and I'd consider placing an order again. This shall be one of my rotational caterer for tingkat. Well pleased. Although the food sometimes arrive rather early for dinner, the food is still edible and taste well when it's finally time for dinner. Cheers!
