For the price, the food has a lot of quantity and the quality of the food is quite nice. Variations are there but can be improved.

Vegetables variations very bad as mostly repeated and the taste is average. There are also not many green vegetables and mostly a few times in a week with Bitter Gourd.

The service was also good as when we reported bad dish, they offer replacement of the dish in the next day.

Overall, I would recommend this catering company especially when you are a big eater and not very picky person.

There were quite a lot of instant/fried food. Vegetables were considerably oily.

The taste was occasionally good but presentation of food can be improved.

The food is mostly quite nice, comparable to most mixed vegetables rice stalls. Vegetable dishes have to be consumed as soon as possible as they tend to go bad after a couple of hours

The food is of good quality, and delivery is always at a similar time. I am happy with this caterer and ordered both lunch and dinner from them.

We have been ordering from Fong Fu for many 20 days cycle already as we like their food. It is tasty unlike many other caterers where the food is bland and below expectations. There is also variety and we look forward to dinner each day. We highly recommend Fong Fu.

Ordered their 10-day before and it was ok, so wanted to try 20-day, but it was a disappointment. My family was desperately waiting for the 20 days to be over...

Pros: Good variety of dishes. Meals mostly delivered on time. Last-minute request to postpone my next-day's meal was granted even though official policy is 2 working days in advance.
Cons: Vegetables are always poorly cooked, looks old and burnt, not fresh. On some days there was only one meat dish out of the four, so not value for money. Delivery driver was not friendly at all, did not follow instructions to knock on door after leaving food outside. For the price, not so value for money.

Items quite tasty and most had a home-cooked feel. Love that they make an effort to have variety in the menu and takes customer's feedback seriously. Soups may not follow the menu schedule faithfully but that is fine. Price has increased compared to last time. Hope will see corresponding increase in food quality such that their tingkat remains competitive & value for money. Shall return soon once our home dining schedule permits

Love the food variety…. Quantity not a lot though… Repeated order and recommended to family too.. will order again.
