I did complain to them, the person reply was ask me to put my own thermal bag outside my house so that their guy can put the food inside. Firstly wth they want to trouble me to buy my own thermal bag, secondly, that method is not safe anyways. It's because everytime i open up the plastic containers, the covers are full of water condensation. That means the food is not cool down first before they close the cover. That is the exact recipe for bacteria growth = warm temperature and high humidity. So that means putting them in a thermal bag would NOT help at all. I'm never ordering from this caterer again.
