Tried to redeem at Polar KK Hospital outlet to order a character cake, but staff is unsure if the gift voucher can be used for my order and was asked to return the next day. Vendors should ensure that staffs are trained for the redemption.

Repeat order. Have been ordering for the past few months as they are one of the few with options for delivery 3 times a week.

However there were quite a few hiccups this round, with my 1st delivery being no show and I had to rushed out to get dinner for my kids at the last min. Delivery has been inconsistent, sometimes ... More as early as 2+ till as late as 5+. Portion also seem less compared to when I 1st started ordering tingkat with them.

Repeated order. Glad that more common leafy vegetables are offered now. However, the portion seems to be less than before.

Repeat customer. Food was good as expected, and portion is sufficient. Although the honey chicken was a tad dry and hard.

Repeated order as this is the only caterer that allows delivery for 3 days a week. Food portion is more than enough and overall most dishes are nice. Glad that the veg is now more acceptable by my kids as I noticed more common leafy veg are used now ... More such spinach, xiao bai cai etc
