Delivery was on time, half an hour before 6pm.
The curry was nice according to guests.
Tangerine pau abit scary as it looked very orangey.
Nan Ru Chap Chye not popular and it didn't look appetizing
Feedback on pork cubes was that it was abit ... More tough
i changed the pumpkin rice to seafood beehoon because i was scared that pumpkin rice is not popular. Caterer was not open to change to pineapple rice which was offered 2 years back then. In the end, i had to cook yellow rice myself to supplement as not everyone can take bee hoon as it can be too dry for elderly.
Prawn and fish were ok. no negative feedback.
