Overall the dishes are good and fresh

Caterer delivered food 30 minutes before the scheduled delivery time, which was early and good.

70% of the Chicken curry (2 big tubs) were thrown away as the chicken parts did not taste like they were thawed properly. Funny taste. The fried Mee siam (came in 2 trays) were pretty dry at the top. THe mini Bananas cakes also kinda dry (perhaps less oily to make it more healthier?). For the price of $15, I think other caterers can come out with tastier dishes. The scrambled eggs has a charred flavour, can be heaty if consumed too much otherwise it is quite nice. Ordered them last year and I did not receive many lousy feedback. This is the worst.

I am very displeased with the quality of the food delivered. There was not a hint of warmth in the food delivered, it was colder than my air-con. It was shameful to treat my guests to such food. And it was for a birthday. The food being cold makes me think this was prepared too early and the off-taste in the penne and chicken makes me worry that the food have turned bad.

I ordered mushroom aglio olio, I received a dried parched tasteless penne instead. The cabbage in assorted greens is cold and hard. Taste of chicken is a bit foul, food could have turned bad.

I expected better food based on your other clients review on foodline and it was highly ranked and with many clients ordered before. Now I seriously doubt its quality, it is so drastically different from what is posted online.

Good service from the caterer staff. I have requested to bring forward the event 30mins earlier, communication and confirmation from their staff is prompt. Delivery was on time and food were good. Guests like the Roasted Boneless Chicken Orange Segment Reduction. Portion of pasta was a lot and a little sour probably due to the tomato. Please note that the pasta is either Penne Pasta with Sundried Tomato, Basil & Mushroom Sautéed or Spaghetti Pasta with Capsicum because the staff email me to confirm which I wanted.
Maybe foodline can update accordingly.
Portion was generous and have more than enough for the guests.

Overall the food were GOOD! Can see that the caterer is using very quality ingredients for all the dishes. Those seafood items (esp prawns n fish) are fresh. The vegetables they use are also very quality n fresh! And the caterer is generous with the portion..

It was a very last minute decision for the Senior Heads to treat the staff a buffet spread in the office.
I had to search & calls many, but only Fostre was willing to take in with such a last minute request, although we needed to change some items from the original menu (due to shortage of ingredients), overall it came out equally good.

Everyone truly enjoyed the spread, some even over indulge :)
Quantity was more than enough.

The only set back was that the delivery time was delayed by half an hour, so the setup was super rush. Perhaps what you can do is to indicate for an earlier delivery time to give extra buffer, just incase of unexpected circumstances.
