Actual delivery timing may vary +/- 30 mins from the stipulated delivery time due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather and traffic condition.

Based on SFA regulation, food with warmers and setup is best consumed within 3 hours. Food without warmers is best consumed within 1 hour.

Delivery hours: 8:00 AM – 7:30 PM; surcharges apply outside these hours.

Food items are recommended to be consumed within 2 hours of delivery. Refer to the timestamp on the buffet line. We do not encourage takeaway due to food safety concerns.

Estimated duration of setup is 1 hour. Buffet clearance will be done 2 to 4 hours from the “Ready to Serve” time. Example: Delivery at 11:00 AM, “Ready to Serve” at 12:00 PM, and collection between 2:00 PM and 4:00 PM.

Food is best consumed within 2 hours.

Customers are responsible for verifying the order and delivery details provided in the order confirmation. Four Seasons Catering will not be liable for any charges due to customer oversight.

Cancellation fees are applicable if the notice period provided is less than 14 days, ranging from 30% to 100% of the invoice amount.

Cancellation fees are waived if 14 working days’ notice is given after confirmation.

An administrative fee of $100.00 ($109.00 with GST) will be charged for processing refunds after prepayment.

All amendments of orders must be made at least 7 working days before the event date.
