Fresher Dinners

New modern caterer with a lot of thoughts put into the concept, cold blast food, sustainability packaging, delivery twice weekly. Service is efficient and on time. Packaging in thermal bag is impressive and even has bingo game. Need alot of space in the fridge as 3 days’ food delivery on Sun nite and 2 days food delivery on Wed nite. Quite cumbersome to hit up food chilled n microwave feels like the container can’t hold if we hear for too long. Good portion is small. If one day you can have option to do delivery every day like most tingkat caterer I shall order again. Some dishes are v nice and I like the different cuisines, Chinese, western etc. expensive but with the try if you are bored with Chinese food everyday.

I ordered from this caterer because of the international choices. So far most dishes are good and the quantity is just sufficient.

Good international menu. Hope they come up with new dishes continually. I no longer have to think what to eat for dinner.

Duck is my favourite meat and the braised duck leg was tender and flavourful. Generally the portions are alright for 2 persons but it would be useful to add an option for 3 pax also.

Weird feeling of the mixed fusion taste that I’m not able to explain but unfortunately not to my family liking

The quantity of chicken given was too little for 2 persons. Perhaps just my bad luck. Otherwise I enjoy the variety.

The food and packaging was very good, high quality. All the food was tasty and there is a nice variety. We enjoyed every meal. I ordered this for our family so it was a bit difficult because I have children and they could not eat any spicy dishes. But otherwise, we really enjoyed the food. The dishes are all very filling and even a bit on the heavier side.

Generous quantity of fish given. Tasty and goes well with the rice.

Fresher offers an alternative to the usual Chinese tingkat meals with international cuisine from Indian to western cuisine. With the food being quick chilled, it also gives me the flexibility to heat it up any time I want such that I can skip a day if I want to dine out.
They also use basmati rice which has low GI. However, the rice tend to be dry.
