Friends Thai Table by Delizio Catering

This is our second time try this caterer. Previous time portions quite big and food much nicer than this time. Is it change of chef? Taste different. Food arrived 1 hour earlier, so already cold when we eat at 6.30pm to wait for family arrival.

Portion was enough for 20 pax, food taste more like Chinese than Thai. Disappointed that presentation differs from the pictures shown, especially the fried onions & eggs and grilled chicken.

Overall food was ok but can be better as the dishes was abit bland. was late in setting the buffet line up for more than 30 minutes.

Ordered CNY package for 11 Feb. Foods were packed well in a big zipper bags. The foods came 1 hour early before before my requested time 6pm. Guests arrived 5.45pm and we started to unzipped the bags and arranged the foods and after finishing the huat shouting for yusheng, we started to eat at 6.15pm. To our disappointment, the fried rice and vegetable were sour and tasted rotten. We sent feedback to vendor.

The olive fried rice was not very tasty and bland. Besides, the crispy honey chicken was supposed to be separated from the sauce as stated in the invoice. But it came already mixed with the sauce.

Mini buffet arrival was way too early.Our booking delivery is at 1730 on 25 January 2020.The mini buffet delivery arrived at 1550 and I decline acceptance and the buffet food will expire at 1800.Infact ,the Bak Choy & Fatt Choy was given sign of spoilage smell as feed back from our guests who consume at 7pm.
I can guess our Mini buffet was cooked between 1300 --1400,as the delivery reach our house again at 1710.
Buyer have to beware of such delivery arrival .

The pandan leaf chicken is spoilt. It is sour in taste & we have to throw everything away to avoid food poisoning. We ordered olive rice but seems like normal fried rice to me.

Ordered Tom Yum seafood soup and realized it's only soup and all the spices in it. There was no seafood in the soup at all. It's so disappointing and angry as guests keeps asking why is there only soup and no seafood at all when the label say it's Tom Yum Seafood. Contacted the person in charged and she say will check and get back. Message her again on the next day and she still say will email me later but never receive her reply. As for the red ruby it's so hard doesn't taste like original thai red ruby at all.
Totally disappointing with this caterer. First time ordered and yet service is so bad. Only good thing is the delivery uncle is very nice.
