Salt and pepper prawns nicest amongst the dishes. Both Egg fried rice and Sweet sour pork are good. Snow fungus dessert can reduce a bit of sugar will be better.

Mantou is hard when eat since they deliver much earlier. Tofu with minced meat is ... More quite oily and didn’t expect they use beancurd as I thought is tofu. So name used is misleading.

Quite disappointing to the chicken and steamed vegetables. We don’t know what kind of vegetables, sauce very salty, if without sauce, veg very plain. Kung Pao chicken too oily and a bit tasteless.

Sambal fish is nice, sambal tastes good. Chicken with rosemary, lemon and herbs not very fresh. Beef rendang is quite hard and not enough sauce. Both spring rolls are Broccoli are quite good. Bee Hoon is a bit blend. Cream puffs are as good as well.

The mixed vegetables, sweet sour fish, pineapple fried rice, omelette are nice, Thai chilli chicken (less chilli) also but a bit salty, breaded ... More scallops nice but portion not enough. Lastly we are disappointed with watermelon sago, it is too milky, not enough watermelon and sago all sank at bottom. Need to improve this dessert.

Flexible caterer with decent food portion

Portion is good and valuable for money. This caterer is very flexible for us to choose food from any category to have either more meat than veggies or dessert, as long as meet the maximum number of dishes ordered.

Most dishes are a bit dry ... More especially Fish which make it more hard to eat. Fried rice also cook till rice too dry and not moist. Curry chicken is oily, can see thick layer of oil on top. Prawn paste chicken taste not so nice especially when it’s cold. Prawn sambal is nice but prawns not so fresh. I suggest for the veg to cut into smaller pieces, easier to eat.
