The food was okay.. but the delivery was delayed.
my guests kept on asking when the food will arrive as they needed to head out to other locations..

Fried Rice was spoilt. Fried rice turned sour and slimy. Toufu was also slightly sour and stale. Har Kow was overcooked and rubbery.

Food is good however, disappointed, expected full buffet setup but was provided with Bento set and being charged for $65 for delivery and surcharge.

The food is averaged ok. The sauce when poured by yr guy, fish is not crispy enough though. Very soggy. Vege very hard. It’s ‘old’

Food arrived timely and was warmed. Was disappointed that serving spoons and garbage bag are not provided

We were very disappointed with this caterer for our New Year's Eve dinner. We emphasized that the food needed to be ready by a certain time, as 1 family had to leave early. But the delivery was still 30mins late, and by the time the buffet line was set up it was another 15-20mins. The family could not wait and left.

Now since they were late, we asked the team if it's possible to give us more time before coming back for collection. At first he was loud and reluctant, which we thought it is not very fair. He only agreed after some discussion. Secondly, the food came cold and the food could not be reheated sufficiently with the given candles. The beef stew was undercooked & tough, and we had to bring the soup out to the stove too boil, and we literally gave up on the rest.

Really a letdown considering that we ordered an above average priced menu!!!

Portion was sufficient, however, fish was too salty.
Chicken was too hard to bite and tasted so-so.

The broccoli is not in butter glaze n vegetables not fresh.The Hawaai Chicken Salad is abit dry
and the Tofu don't taste like Tofu.

I chose this caterer because of its special tea menu with finger food and tiramisu cake and blueberry cheesecake. It is disappointed and shocked being informed that some of dishes like my favorite Tiramisu cake and cheesecake was ‘out of stock’ the day before event. They wanted to replace them by fruit plate! My 1st time experiencing this. After ‘negotiation’, I can only get back cheesecake while others had to be replaced by cheaper dishes......
Overall the taste is ok but not outstanding.

Food portion was too little. I had ordered for 40pax but the portion only enough for 30pax. Taste of food was average. However, buffet line set up was nicely done and presentable.
