The food did not came on time and were slightly late, however the food was so fabulous, it was really worth the wait.

During the 7th month of the lunar calendar, I particularly enjoyed their Spaghetti with Tomato Coulis (Spicy) and Fried Fish Cubes with Black Pepper. The pasta was cooked to perfection, the noodles chewy but not mushy, and the sauce was rich and creamy, with a perfect balance of sweet and sour with a hint of milky flavor, creating a rich, complex experience in every bite. The black pepper fish was even more amazing, fresh and tender, without any fishy smell. The aroma of black pepper was strong but not harsh, and the subtle spiciness was very appetizing. Both dishes were excellent in texture and flavor, and the generous portions were very satisfying. The clean and comfortable restaurant environment and the friendly waiters made the dining experience during the 7th month of the lunar calendar even more enjoyable. This foodie trip is truly worth recommending.

Price was good for the variety. Pity no pink guava or pink grapefruit juice for our pink-themed party. Service was cheerful and prompt. Additional charge of $30 for 1 flight of stairs is reasonable. Plus original charge for “industrial estate” was promptly removed when I pointed out it was not applicable.

Fusion Spoon's staff was friendly and helpful during the setup of the buffet. The food was pretty delicious and everything indicated in the order form came accurately.

The food quality was acceptable. My guest enjoyed the food so do I. However, the portion doesn't seems to be a 40 pax portion.

I thought the delivery process could have been improved; giving us the driver contact detail would be grealty appreciated so that we are able to check the whereabouts. The set-up timing was apparently 20 mins late.

The food is just nice for our party, the delivery timing is good, food are warm, and the collection also in time. The delivery man was polite and good, the setting up is seamless. Great experience and will certainly consider the same catering in future. Thanks.
