Fusion Spoon Catering Services

This is my first time using this caterer: Fusion Spoon Catering Services for my CNY gathering.
After I have ordered on Foodline, the staff from Fusion Spoon Catering Services is very prompt and contacted me to confirm the booking.
She went the extra mile to recommend me to choose recommended dishes.
On the day itself, the catering team came earlier to do the set up and the food was ready before the guest arrived.
The food is value for money and most of the dishes taste good!
I will order from this caterer: Fusion Spoon Catering Services again.

Overall is alright. Good value. But the food has room for improvement. Rosemary chicken taste like just 'Plain Meat'

Overall the food standard was acceptable. Most of the guests enjoyed the food. The quantity is sufficent for 50 paxs. The presentation was good and worthy for my son's 21st birthday celebration. The transportation and service crews was good and efficient. The food portions were ample for all guests. The food was warm and the drink was good. The only setback is the fried rice is too dry and hard. Hopefully they can use a better quality of rice as it was the most important dish to go along with the other side dishes. Most of the guests feedback about the fried rice was unacceptable. The other dishes taste ok. The standard of food must be improved. It is important that there is a person in charge to taste the dishes so that the catering food can improve and bring up good reputation. Thank you for coordinating our time for collection.

Set up was very fast, but delivery guys can be more prompt with contacting buyer upon arrival. Delivery guy seem to be late and I had to call admin to get hold of them. But otherwise, setup was quick and food tasted good. Can tell delivery guy wanted to end work early as they wanted to come early to collect setup but negotiation was possible, so if buying from them, just take note of time of your event on your own end.

Delivery was on time but they forgot the candle warmer and had to go out to buy it. It was alittle difficult to communicate with the driver/delivery person as one of them could only converse in mandarin and the other had problem explaining in english. Thankfully all was well before my guests came!

Food was nice, good portion with extras leftover :)

The food is delicious and portion was just nice! We did ordered another time with different menu and the dishes are all very tasty as well! Will continue order from Fusion Spoon!

Pretty decent menu with a western twist. Guests generally like it.

Setup was on time and quick. Staff were courteous. Collection on time. Even helped us pack the remaining food into our containers.

Good catering experience and will use again.

What was not good:
- The quantity of the food. We only had 27 people and we could only eat one serving of food each (not even a full plate) and the buffet was finished. The buffet we catered was for 35 pax and we really did not receive 35 pax worth of food.
- Even upon giving feedback to the Fusion spoon catering team, they remained adamant that they had given 35 pax worth of food.

What was good:
- The communication between me and the Fusion Spoon Catering team was prompt
- The food was tasty

The food and service is up to expectations. However, Nonya Chap Chye is of different taste from what I normally eat since young.

Food was great, all my guests love it. Portion was generous as well. Only thing is plates were not enough. Would be good if they can provide more extra plates.
