Fusion Spoon Catering Services

What was not good:
- The quantity of the food. We only had 27 people and we could only eat one serving of food each (not even a full plate) and the buffet was finished. The buffet we catered was for 35 pax and we really did not receive 35 pax worth of food.
- Even upon giving feedback to the Fusion spoon catering team, they remained adamant that they had given 35 pax worth of food.

What was good:
- The communication between me and the Fusion Spoon Catering team was prompt
- The food was tasty

The food and service is up to expectations. However, Nonya Chap Chye is of different taste from what I normally eat since young.

Food was great, all my guests love it. Portion was generous as well. Only thing is plates were not enough. Would be good if they can provide more extra plates.

Punctual, great service, delicious food, uncommon dishes which are awesome.

The only “complain” is the Har Gow are too hard. Overall, the food is still tasty.

Bee hoon too soggy.
Rosemary Chicken too dry and tasteless so never lived up to expectations.
Potato salad is alright and cold which is good.
Mushroom soup too salty otherwise some guests love.
Dessert Pulut Hitam is smooth and fine but too sweet(if less sugar added is good and healthier for consumer) though some of us love too.
Overall Service of Fusion Spoon Caterer Coordinator and service workers who delivered the food to setup are great. If taste of food can be improved from my suggestion above, will be very happy to order from them again.

Repeat customer. Food was on time. Popcorn chicken, curry chicken, cream puff and siew mai were very yummy.

Admin staff was response. Food was good. Buffet dressing was quite OK. Overall glad with the purchase.

Food was generally tasty but some guests commented the dory was a bit fishy. Delivery was on time and hassle free.

Delivery was very punctual and the delivery guy was very helpful. he carried all the boxes to the counter. food was so so yummy and everything was eaten very quickly because it was very good/

Food was delicious. All my guests enjoyed the food. The only setback was the service. Setup was suppose to be at 1130am and lunch start at 12pm. Tried to contact the person in charge at 1130 am but she didn’t bring her phone. Was so worried and no other back up number to contact either fusion spoon or foodline. End up the guy arrived like 1155 am and set up the table and completed by 1215pm.
