The oven baked dory fillet was tender and flavourful. It was the most popular dish for the buffet and was the first dish to get wiped out. Broccoli with enoki mushroom dish was also quite well done, with the broccoli being neither too hard or soft. Our guests also feedback that the water chestnut drink was refreshing and nice.

However, we were disappointed with some of the dishes. The pan grilled chicken leg with rosemary sauce was rubbery and difficult to chew. More than half of the chicken was left untouched at the end of the buffet. The oriental fried rice and the spaghetti with tomato coulis were both too dry.

Buffet set-up was rather slow, taking more than 20 minutes. They started set up when my tea ceremony started, but it was not yet completed when the whole tea ceremony was finished.

On time as usual and the food portion are acceptable. Cheap and good for the price paid. Can try if on a cheap Budget.

Overall food was delicious but the bee hoon was a little too salty.

Generally food is not good except 1 or 2 dishes.
the fruit tartlets crust is soft, and the pineapple rice not much taste.
other than that all is good.
Portion is big enough, service was good!
The setting up is not bad too!

The caterer called me 20 minutes before the time that they were supposed to deliver the food (5pm) to say that there is a 'kitchen breakdown' and that delivery will be delayed by 30 minutes. My guests were coming at 5pm. They did not call me back to inform me about the situation and I had to call them back to confirm that the food was indeed reaching at 5.30pm.

The delivery person is supposed to come and collect their equipment at 7.30pm but I waited till 8pm and there was no sign of the person. I had to call the caterer up to check and they said that the driver was quite far away and will only reach within 30-45 minutes. Again, no communication about the delay from their end.

Food was average.

Would have gone with someone else with better service to avoid such unnecessary stress on our event day.

Awesome food, This is my 2nd Order from fusion. The set up is awesome, the price is good and the food is good too, but it will be better if you have more food choices. Like Western food.
