The delivery is on time, food is more than enough for us. there are still a lot of left over. Overall, value for money

Is totally different pictures i see at Foodline.
The broccoli is not in butter glaze n vegetables not fresh.The Hawaai Chicken Salad is abit dry
and the Tofu don't taste like Tofu.

Timely and good quantity of food

Overall food was delicious but the bee hoon was a little too salty.

Generally food is not good except 1 or 2 dishes.
the fruit tartlets crust is soft, and the pineapple rice not much taste.
other than that all is good.
Portion is big enough, service was good!
The setting up is not bad too!

The caterer called me 20 minutes before the time that they were supposed to deliver the food (5pm) to say that there is a 'kitchen breakdown' and that delivery will be delayed by 30 minutes. My guests were coming at 5pm. They did not call me back to inform me about the situation and I had to call them back to confirm that the food was indeed reaching at 5.30pm.

The delivery person is supposed to come and collect their equipment at 7.30pm but I waited till 8pm and there was no sign of the person. I had to call the caterer up to check and they said that the driver was quite far away and will only reach within 30-45 minutes. Again, no communication about the delay from their end.

Food was average.

Would have gone with someone else with better service to avoid such unnecessary stress on our event day.

Awesome food, This is my 2nd Order from fusion. The set up is awesome, the price is good and the food is good too, but it will be better if you have more food choices. Like Western food.

Value for money mini buffet. Very suitable for children. Food was very well received.

The Cream of Mushroom, Oven Baked Chicken Leg with Rosemary Sauce, and Hawaii Chicken Salad is good!
The Dory fish is a little too salty though.
Overall food is good.

The service is even better.
The indian guy even initiated to help us hold on to the balloon arch when we were setting it up but not tall enough to hold on to it. He went over the mile to offer a helping hand for what's outside his task. Excellent service.
