Guests like the food and portion is good.

Food set up came like about 40mins earlier and the set up was nicely done. The dishes are overall good however the Aglio Olio spaghetti is abit too dry and hard, and the fruit punch taste more like a diluted orange cordial instead and there was alot of leftovers for these 2 food/drink items. My guests like the sweet and sour fish, wok fried mixed vegetable and red bean soup.

The sweet and sour fish is quite salty.
The Chicken Stroganoff is nice but the chicken is a bit hard.
Best seller is mushroom soup! the fried bee hoon and bo bo cha cha are nice! Food portion is just nice for 30 pax. Overall the food is quite nice.

The food presentation looks good. Most my visitors love the curry chicken, but most of them don't like the fruit punch.

Second time ordering from Fusion Spoon - they are very accommodating and the delivery was prompt and efficient. The hot favourite was the Baked Teriyaki Chicken Drumlet. However, this time the fried rice had no flavour and the finger foods could be of better quality.

Everything was good except for the fact that the canister was unclean and cordial was contaminated. We called the staffs immediately and they got us cans of lemon tea to replace the cordial. Acceptable to a certain extend even though it was an inconvenience caused.

It was my first time ordering from Fusion Spoon. I've ordered caterings before and they've had their hits and misses but for Fusion Spoon all the dishes were pretty good especially their Tom Yam fried rice and Fried Spicy drumlets. It's really value for money and I'll recommend anyone to go and engage Fusion Spoon for their catering needs.

Overall the food is valued for money. Especially with the Cream Caramel dessert. The Spaghetti Aglio Olio was so nice that it was the first dish to be cleared
