We ordered Japanese bentos for our company incentive lunch. The driver was late due to the heavy rain but he was apologetic and kept us updated on the delivery status.

The salmon and chicken bentos were good and tasted quite authentic. The garlic rice was especially nice and the portion was reasonable. The side dishes were equally good.

Overall, we were happy with the food and service despite the delay. Would order from Fusion Spoon again.

Delivery man named Pang was on time and very meticulous and efficient with the set-up. He made sure everything was in order and in tip-top condition after the set-up before he left for his next delivery
He was very polite and helpful both at the start and collection of the delivery.
Food portions and quality were VALUE FOR MONEY.

The caterer arrived on time and proceeded with the set up and arrangements, quite professionally, while our meeting was still ongoing.
Food was decent and adequate as per our order.

The food was good though the caterer was 15 minutes late for the setup. The choices were suitable for chinese new year too.

The food is nice. Especially the braised rosemary lamb. Everyone is happy with the food. Service is good. Delivery is fast. Thank you.

Fried Rice was spoilt. Fried rice turned sour and slimy. Toufu was also slightly sour and stale. Har Kow was overcooked and rubbery.

Food is good however, disappointed, expected full buffet setup but was provided with Bento set and being charged for $65 for delivery and surcharge.

The food is nice, especially the curry chicken but the chap chye looks not appetising.
There are no sauce for steam Har Gao as well as sweet and sour fish without sauce.

Service is quite good, the caterer informed in advance that they will be late. It was raining and with early notification, it is acceptable.
