Need to improve on portion of food

Food portion was too little. I had ordered for 40pax but the portion only enough for 30pax. Taste of food was average. However, buffet line set up was nicely done and presentable.

Great Service, Great Taste

Caterer arrived very early to setup, which was very much appreciated! The person who came to setup was very friendly and helped to arrange the buffet spread according to our wishes. Food quantity was sufficient and everyone was pleased with the taste of the dishes.

More meat please

Meat is very little in quantity and size. Will be good if there are bigger chunks of meat.
Amount of rice varies in different packaging, some are quite full some are half the container.
