Fusion Spoon Catering Services

Service was good with catering manager being responsive and set up crew efficient and friendly. Food was delicious but quantity was a little insufficient for the meat dishes.

Food is generally nice. Delivery is prompt and very experienced.

We changed the menu to vegetarian bee hoon, nasi goreng istimewa, ngoh Hiang, curry veg, teriyaki fish and Cajun baked fish.

All dishes were good. Service for set up was good too and customer service during ordering was prompt and efficient.

Hard to choose a fave. Every dish was spot on.

I highly recommend Fusion Spoon for their convenience and value. From booking to the day of the party, everything was stress free. They turned up to the function room on time, set up the buffet table and came back to clean up as stated. The staff was friendly and the food was delicious. Every guests were happy with the food and awed at the set up. Price was reasonable and I would hire them again

Food caterer Fusion Spoon's Eugene Heng replied to our several inquiries promptly with regards to the chairs, pictures of the chairs, table cloth color etc. He also forewarned us on whether the 5 foot round table was able to fit into the lift which fortunately wasn't an issue.

They were slightly light in meeting the time for the set up as they had 3 ongoing corporate catering simultaneously at the same time as ours, hence it was understandable.

Furthermore, the food catered for 50 pax were finished very quickly which worried me as i felt that there were not food for the guests to have fully eaten their fill.
But the guests were mostly satisfied with the delicious food choices.

Eugene Heng from Fusion Spoon is very friendly and accommodating and patiently waited past the pre-arranged food-cater-collapsing time.

Overall it was a good first time experience with Fusion Spoon and I will highly recommend it to my friends and also order again with them for future events for food catering.

Disappointed that the baked potato au gratin came as just a plain potato salad with mayonnaise, neither baked nor crusty/cheesy as implied by the term 'au gratin'. Mystery Hill shiraz was likewise substituted by a Coopers Crossing 2013 Australian outback shiraz. The chocolate bailey pearly log cake was dense with thick butter cream filling and relatively scanty sponge. The words 'bailey' and 'pearly' should have been left out of the title as they suggested something more ethereal.
