Overall the food was decent and I like that they put tags for the dishes which many catering doesn’t do or always missed out and for 10course it’s value for money

Some points to take note….
- Choc Éclair came melted, lucky we have fridge to chill it
- Chap Chye came a bit overcooked (veg turned yellow)
- Requested for the sauce of the Sweet Sour fish to be separated but it’s already cooked in became soggy hence it the one most untouched.
- Curry chicken very oily, scooped out 1 whole soup bowl of oil
- Cutlery provided exactly… either you have to prepare extras or ask your guest to reuse if they going for many rounds ;P
- Portion a bit small for 30pax, good thing most of my pax are elderly so they ate not much.

I made special request in writing when i made the menu selection,

Later I called up to clarify and confirmation if it is possible.
Was told to expect a return call

On eve of function, I have to call again to ensure my order and request. It is only to realise that the message was probable misunderstood. I asked an additional vegetable to replace one of the 2 carbohydrate dishes. I was told that it is ok, but to my shock, Mee Goreng was deleted from the list but broccoli enoki mushroom was not added.

Only on the day of delivery, Ii was surprised to find out additional carbo was taken off but there was no replacement dish. So instead of 8 dishes, I got 7 only.

Great food and on time delivery despite the rain. Food was still warm. Kudos to the team for a great day 1 CNY!

This is the 2nd times ordered from Fusionspoon.
All the items are delicious and liked by my guests. The delivery staff is very polite and accommodating. Will definitely recommend this caterer to my friends.

The delivery and setup was prompt and the portion was sufficient. Will order again for future events.

Item delivered on time (actually reached earlier at 11am l). Food items taste nice and presented nicely.
Would appreciate if they provide more plates and cutlery.

Delivery rider forgot one dish but not sure why it wasn’t packed together but managed to get it back to us within two hours. The log cake was mostly cream based and don’t hold shape well as a result. Unlikely to order again. Other Items were tasty. Packaging not the most Presentable.

Ordered again for my company Christmas Lunch. Worked within given the given budget. Great service of the delivery guy who did the setup.

The food was generally okay but the quantity was a bit small for a 40 pax portion. Aglio Olio was too spicy but the fried rice was above par. Delivery was on time and service was satisfactory.

The delivery came within time and we able to get our celebration started on time. They are very efficient on set up to ensure our party can be smooth.
The food is exceptionally delicious. Many of my guests praised the quality and taste of the food.
I would definitely recommend your catering to any friends and family.
