My guests were coming at 5pm. They did not call me back to ... More inform me about the situation and I had to call them back to confirm that the food was indeed reaching at 5.30pm. The delivery person is supposed to come and collect their equipment at 7.30pm but I waited till 8pm and there was no sign of the person. I had to call the caterer up to check and they said that the driver was quite far away and will only reach within 30-45 minutes. Again, no communication about the delay from their end. Food was average. Would have gone with someone else with better service to avoid such unnecessary stress on our event day.
