Delivery guy was on time, everything were well packed. Comes with all the partywares required, worth it for the price paid.

Service was hassle free, on time, communication from order until setup teardown was good. Food was ok. Feedbaxk on food was good, although some is confused on the banana cake concept. Haha

The service from ordering to receiving and dig-in is so pleasant. The very least service you wont anticipate are also provided. Thumb up!

The food quality was considered good for 5 out of 7 dishes. The only two dishes which needed improvements are Kimchi Fried Rice (too salty) and Cold Buckwheat Soba Salad ( too marshy, not al dente). However, received great reviews from my guests about the food. Initially when the food was set up, the quantity looks less than the portion for 30 pax. Quite worrying. So if you are ordering for 30 expect portions for 20-25 pax. Anyways, all went well in my event. Good job to the cooking team. Good job to the guy who does the set up and tear down. Good job to Admin as well. People looking into the portioning of food must improve.

Most of my guests love the food and impressed by the eco-friendly cutleries and utencils. The food choices are uniquely towards the Western style. Sales consultant is very friendly and prompt in responses. We requested for tear down time extension, was a little dismay to find a fee for it, but the sales consultant managed to help us extend from 45mins to 1hr. Caterer came an hour before the event for setup.
Food are all very tasty especially the salted egg hoki fish which is so good that got wiped out fast until not enough for our guests.
The quantity seems to be a tad lesser or just nice for the quoted pax. As seen in photo, we ordered for 30pax and the Korean chicken wings amount looks to cater only 1 per pax unlike the general caterers where it can be sufficient for 5 to 10 more pax from quoted pax. So if you want to order and love to have your guests with a full stomach than just nice, need to add 10pax on top of your guest count in my opinion. Overall very good food and will order again.

Food is fresh, quite apparent from the spread of lovely greens. Every dish is well-prepared. Especially those huge prawns, succulent. Everyone loved the dishes and enjoyed the surprising flavors. The portion is just right.

The food is generally good but there are some dishes that are too salty. Need to review the quality of the taste.

Menu is quite special & is more western in taste. A friendly salesperson follows up with your order after you have submitted the order.

Soba and the honey dijon chicken were very nice.

Me and my guests liked the food. Food delicious especially the duck salad, ginger chicken, cold tossed spring salad and Ee fu noodles. Layout of the buffet was beautiful, neat presentable.
Good job by the grain staff.
