Interesting christmas menu

The christmas menu was interesting but some dishes were quite weird in terms of pairing of flavours. Good try on coming up with christmas flavours though. Prefer their normal catering menu

Will Go for GRAIN aGAIN!

On the whole, we like the spread of the buffet, very healthy and something different from the usual buffet spread. Our favourite part is the Christmas cookies that we can personalise and giveaway. Wonderful idea that went well with the spirit of Christmas. I personally did not like the chicken maybe because I found it hard and dry. The pieces were a little too big. Maybe can work on improving this dish. Thank you.

A quality food experience, as usual

The food arrived early, which was good so that we have ample time to receive guests after setup.
Disposables were nicely packed. Food was neatly separated into 2 insulated bags based on hot and and cold dishes to maintain freshness. Taste of dishes was great, particularly carrot cake and codfish tofu. Sauces that accompany taste great too! Was overall within my expectation and I felt relieved of my Catering choice as a host for our family Christmas gathering!

Food was good, nice set-up

Food tasted really good! Would recommend for those who love healthy food as they seemed to be a healthier choice. With the nice set up done by Fin, our staff were impressed. They provided cute utensils too. However the main rice given for 55 pax was really not sufficient. Would be better if there was an option to top up the portion.
