We opened it and there were plenty of ice, we had to refill it with drinks that we had prepare due to our experience (insufficient drinks) too from Grain last year. But this year, not even 40 pax has arrived and the drink gone in less than an hour is absurd. The Panko prawns were so tiny all we see is crusts. The guests were joking that it’s treasure hunting. The size is no joke, like 25% prawns and 75% crusts, it’s a big heap of crusts. Lastly, one container of the vanilla cream(bread and butter pudding) was placed in front of the salad, some of my guests had mistakenly thought it’s dressing for the salad and complained it taste weird then I realised the mistake. To be fair, the cauliflower couscous pomegranate and roast chicken were wonderfull though. I love Grain’s good food, but today was disappointing.
