It was one of the best catered food that I have eaten so far. Would definitely ordered it again next time.

Thoroughly enjoyed the catering by grain. It was a fully positive experience engaging Grain, right from the booking, delivery, set up and tear-down.

Sales coordinators were polite and easy to speak to for queries and confirming booking details.

Delivery and set up personnel (1 guy for our small event) carefully arranged the food trays and serving spoons and tongs, laying out the plates and cutlery, etc. for a very presentable food service. Can rival hotel buffet layouts!

Of course most important is the food which did not disappoint. Our guests were also very impressed with the quality of the food and the presentation. According to one of our guests who works in the field, Grain is also the only (or one of very few?) caterers that use sustainable palm oil in their kitchen. A big plus if you're concerned about sustainable consumption and haze prevention!

Overall a highly positive experience. 100% will recommend and order again for our future events.

Excellent service and good quality food at affordable pricing. Punctual on both setup and collection. One of the best caterer we have come across. My guests were extremely delighted with the presentation style and will definitely be recommending Grain for future celebrations. Sincere thanks for helping to make it a memorable year end get-together.

Most of the food are quite nice except for the sweet potato net rolls (harder to chew as they are no longer crispy when delivered). The Korean Chicken Wings, Garlic Parmesan Karaage & Duck Confit Meatballs are nice!

As we ordered a mini buffet, there was no warmer and the food is cold by the time it arrived. Could have taste better if it’s hot. Salad is good but the rainbow vegetables are too dry. Prawns are abit too small.

The menu selection is considered creative as compared to other caterers. As the order does not come with a buffet setup, we use pretty plates and bowls to WOW our guests.

Different menu compared to the usual buffet items. however, the warmer could be improved. food was quite cold and not warmed up throughout the entire buffet. however, overall thumbs up

Ordered both lunch and dinner. caterer is nice to have us use the extra chairs from lunch through dinner although we only required it at night.

It was my first time ordering through Grain. Despite raining heavily in Yishun before the housewarming, the service staff came early to set up the table. Thank you for being punctual.
Great service provided by the service staff that was assigned to set up the food. He was able to answer our doubts with regards to the halal certification, as we have some Malay colleagues coming over to our housewarming.
The housewarming set up was unique as Grain uses wooden spoon and forks. The wooden utensil used was environmentally friendly and also it create a awareness to my colleague who attended my housewarming. As a environment conscious person, I am glad that Grain actually make the effort to go green.
The food that was catered was on point too and most of my colleague actually commented that it was the most healthy housewarming food they had. I am glad that I make the right choice and catered the best healthy food that would make an improvement on my colleague health.
Overall, i would definitely recommend Grain for their superb service provided and their effort to go green as well as the healthy food that was catered.
