Food was delivered right before requested timing and was still hot and well packed with no spillage. Utensils, napkins and even a black plastic table cloth was provided (which we didn't use).

Everything looked presentable and portions were good but there was a lot of leftovers, not sure why. Even the chocolate tarts had a whole tray left and I had 15adults and 4 kids around for an order of 15pax.

Spaghetti was a tad dry.

GRAIN service is remarkable, from the customer service who called to confirm my order, to the changes that I need to make to he no. of pax.
Not only was she polite, she is professional, clear and confident.

GRAIN also updated via SMS and email throughout every process of the catering. The set-up guy was punctual and also efficient.

Food wise... nothing to complain. It is my first time ordering from GRAIN and the quality and food standard really matched the previous positive reviews and brand of the company. I would definitely want to order from GRAIN again.

The baked Honey Soy Chilean Sea Bass was so well baked, it looked like chicken but more lemon or effort to remove the fishiness would be perfect. As for the Panko-crusted Prawns, it was tasty but with frozen shrimp, the price aint justifiable. Overall, my guests and I had many servings. Dishes was unique and not "je-luck".
The wooden utensils provided was abit problematic. The woody taste on food was weird and fork wasn't sharp enough to poke through the ingredients. Will be better if the spoon are deeper too, unless you dont mind taking lots of small bites. The honeygrass tea was refreshing and not very sweet. Grains definitely made an impression with their healthier choice and recycling effort.

The set up and customer service were excellent. Food was healthy and delicious, with lots of positive feedback from guests especially the grapefruit juice and the salad. We truly had enough of the "traditional" (and not so healthy) catering food in the past, Grain's menu was truly refreshing. I would recommend this caterer.

The only down side was the portion size was a bit small - i ordered for 30pax but it seemed like it was only sufficient for around 25. We ran out of the drinks even before dinner started (perhaps it was just so good?). I think doubling the drinks portion will be ideal.

Really love the setup and foods by Grain! It is my first time ordering and definitely wont be the last. It's a refreshing change from the usual Chinese buffet catering food on the last day of CNY. We really love most of the items that we have chosen. The lavender earl grey cake was one of our top favourite! It got wiped out by the end of the day.

This caterer is good. Love the packing, the ordering process and also the foods. Will definitely order again. Thank you.

Staff is friendly and helpful. They will call and inform you prior they come to double confirm the location and event (to avoid hassel or any last minutes cancel, double job for them). All food taste pretty good. I personally like the mini chocolate caramel tart the most! Even the hibiscus drink taste is very special! I like it very much! And Grain is using environmental friendly cutlery, this is a good initiative to save the earth. Overall, Grain provide a good service to us and add point to our event. Thank you very much! Highly recommended to others to order from Grain!!

Quality spread of food, serving just nice. Everyone loves the Korean chicken wings. Healthy cooking, food are not too oily or salty.

Ordered CNY menu for 50 pax. The dishes are too plain and tasted so-so. Haha Buddha Delight which claimed to have premium ingredients is only cabbage with few black fungus and mushrooms.Ginger-soy Mouthering Chicken’s texture is tough and bland. fortune Black Bean Dory fish has “Fishy” smell. My colleagues did not really enjoy the food and there are leftovers. We had to get external colleagues to clear the food

Glad that I ordered the live station- Emperor Hotpot as that is the dish that everyone loves and the soup is tasty

Have ordered before from this caterer and the previous experience is much better. I do not recommend this year’s CNY menu.

Delivery guy was on time, everything were well packed. Comes with all the partywares required, worth it for the price paid.
