Healthy Meals Catering

Food was generally ok. Delivery time in general is good as well ard 4pm to 530pm.

However there were twice they delivered late after 730pm and no one knock on the door to announced the food was left at the gate. The food was left hanging outside over night.

Food was wasted and thrown away.

Once they missed out the rice and once they even delivered to wrong house thus leaving my mom with no food for dinner.

Overall hit and miss caterer.

Customer service contact is only via msg via whatsapp, call them no one will pick up. Overall customer service reply is pretty fast and pleasant.

So this caterer is a hit and miss....if can ignore the missed than generally is ok only. Not sure if other caterers are equal in terms of services.

Repeated dishes - exact same dishes served twice in the same week. Soup was good. Delivery was prompt on most days.

The food was ok but not much variety and the meat a bit hard. Service is prompt and delivery on time.

The food was below my expectations, average taste, lots of pork, less fish. Although the courier is on time most of the time, but sometimes come abit to late at night, at around 7pm. (My dinner time is usually at 6pm)

Soup spilled and leaked on one occasion, but the after-service was pretty good. they offered to compensate one meal and also wrapped the soup with cling wrap to prevent spillage.

Soup and dishes spilled everyday, made a whole mess. Taste and flavour is just bad, not pleasant to palate. The pairing of dishes and soup is also bad, mostly overwhelming in taste. The fish is mostly flour, hardly any flesh. The dishes some days are just too salty.

Tasty and economical option. good variety and food is not too salty. highly recommend to all who dont cook!

Food portions are adequate and less oily/salty as advertised, but service is absolutely poor. The delivery person even missed one of my deliveries without alerting me!

Food can be more varied, often serve sliced pork and cabbage. Delivery timing can also be more consistent and earlier.

Healthy meals serves palatable dishes most of the time. Orders for 2 pax is enough for 3 people if they are small eaters.
