Healthy and tasty food. Much less unhealthy fried food and seasoning compared to most food outside. Packaging can be improved. Customer service is great!

The taste is ok except sometimes a little bit salty, NO MSG added is great. not many varieties of dishes, hope the delivery time can be more punctual

The food portion is good, and food is healthy, not too oily nor salty. Service is good too, very approachable.

Food is overall ok with nice soup (esp. herbal soup) but areas of improvement are: 1, don't give process food like hot dog / fishball 2. portion size could be more 3. delivery some time came around 3.30pm for dinner while other days 6pm a little inconsistent. Customer service is responsive which is a plus point.

Food repeated each week, especially pork dish and cabbage. Soup and salmon were very good. Delivery can be earlier

Healthily cooked food with a wider variety. Appreciate the service even on weekends and public holidays. Reasonably priced. Have renewed order multiple times and continuing with their service.

They respond to WA, so you can get pretty prompt updates. However, the rest is just below average. Food portions were large, but they were barely edible - vegetables and meat were either not fresh or overcooked. Definitely not for old folks. Within 20 days they messed up my portions twice and gave more vegetables than meat.

Food delivered around 4-5 pm . The soup taste a little bit same for day to day. But its okay, the soup feels fresh. The other food also tasty. But sometimes feel the same with yesterday meal.

Ordered for my mum. She mentioned food was quite salty. Not bad, affordable pricing. If you're okay with saltier food then this might be a good option.

Delivery was on time. Variety in dishes.
Soup can turn cold by the time it arrive, re-heat in microwave container is convenient.
